This is the week! We are so excited to see many of you at the e84 Summer Gala and Leadership Training Series this weekend in Orlando, FL!
Here are a few things you should know before you arrive to the event:
Attire
All Evolv Training and Events are Smart Business (Business Casual). When you arrive to the Saturday Training wearing your Evolv branded gear you will be entered into a raffle to win prizes just for being branded! Be sure to also pack your swimsuits/outdoor gear as the hotel has a beautiful pool that you can visit during your off time.
Transportation from MCO Airport
If you are traveling to Orlando by plane and are staying at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress or Sheraton Buena Vista, the hotel offers ground transportation via shuttle for $21 one way or $34 round trip. Upon arriving at the MCO Airport, proceed to Ground Transportation, located one level below baggage claim and look for the Mears Transportation desk. Inform the representative that you need the shuttle to the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress or Sheraton Buena Vista.
Evolv Registration
The Evolv Event Registration desk will be open Friday, August 10 at 11:00AM – 7:00PM. Please be sure to visit the registration desk before your attend the Friday Uevolv training to receive your event pass, which is required for entry. Evolv Products & Tool Sales (Product- Individual Sales only, does not count towards volume)
Evolv Water, Energy and Thin and new Evolv Tools and Gear will be sold through the Evolv Mall located in the pre-function area. The Evolv Mall will be open Friday, August 10th 4:00PM–10:00PM, and Saturday, August 11th 8:00AM – 6:30PM.
Food
The Palm Café and Cascade American Bistro will be opening early on Friday at 5:00pm for dinner. For lunch on Saturday, there will be a grab ‘n go food station outside of the ballroom, and the Palm Café and Cascade American Bistro will be open for a seated lunch.
