One iPad will be awarded to the state’s or province’s top host. You can also win our grand prize of a special Unplugged event with EvolvHealth Co-Founders Trey White and Brent Hicks!
To qualify:
Step 1: Create your Event flyer in your Uevolv Share Center.
Step 2: Send your Event flyer to events@evolvhealth.com to get it on the map!
Step 3: After your event post a photo from your event on facebook.com/evolvhealth or email to events@evolvhealth.com.
What you will win:
Grand Prize – The STATE with the most qualifying events will win an exclusive meetup with EvolvHealth Co-Founders Trey White and Brent Hicks! This elite Evolv Unplugged event will be the only meeting that will include Trey and Brent together leading up to the February 2014 Convention in Dallas, TX!
Bonus Prizes – An iPad will be awarded* one per State/Province if 25 or more meetings are uploaded to the Map. The Member who has the most events scheduled between this period will be the iPad winner for each state.
