“How has the e84 Evolv’d my life? This is my favorite question!!! I am a mom of 2 boys (3yrs and 1yr) and also a daycare provider in my home 5 days a week. 84 days ago, I would lay in bed that extra 15 minutes in the morning thinking about all the stuff I had to get done that day, get dressed into the clothes I didn’t feel good in, eat a breakfast of my own and then finish the leftovers of our 2 sons and then the rest of the day drink pop, coffee, eat snacks that were ok, and go on a roller coaster of energy to a crash throughout the whole day, finding that when I laid down to go to sleep that night I maybe only finished 1 or 2 of the things that I needed to accomplish that day. As Evolv entered my life and I continued to tell myself “Yes” each morning to not give up on myself, I found that things were getting crossed of my “to do” list in one day instead of a week, I am able to have energy to want to give that 5th piggy back ride to our boys or the daycare children.
